Which camera and which lens for make-up short clips in high quality?

As a content creator, I'm currently looking for a camera and a lens. I've been doing a bit of research and learning about the technology other creators use. I've now come across the Sony Alpha 7c with the Tamron 28-75mm lens. However, the two are quite expensive for beginners. However, I'd rather not go without the Tamron lens, as I've only read good things about it.

However, I need a combination that films really close-up shots that are of high quality (make-up content).

Do you know which cameras would also be suitable for this?
