Von den genannten In Flames. Mir gefällt aber auch Dark Tranquillity.
Mit In Flames bin ich erst zum Melo Death gekommen und hab mehr entdeckt. Ich muss gestehen, ich hab erst wieder so richtig zu In Flames gefunden, als „Foregone“ rauskam. Ich kannte davor natürlich schon „Clayman“ usw, aber ich hatte es irgendwie bis dato nie so richtig bewusst gehört und wertgeschätzt.
Bei Amon Amarth gefällt mir dieser historische Wikinger Touch nicht, Amorphis ist mir tatsächlich unbekannt und von Dark Tranquillity muss ich noch mehr auschecken.
Neben In Flames gefallen mir aber noch Children Of Bodom und Scar Symmetry richtig gut.
At The Gates finde ich ganz okay und von Mors Principium Est muss ich noch mehr hören. Da kenne ich bisher nur den Song „The Unborn“ und der ist richtig gut.
Auch eine gute Wahl.👍🎼

Twilight of the Thunder God und with Oden on our Side sind für mich die besten Alben. Danach Jomsviking U das neue Album. Lieblingslied ist find a way,or make one. Kann eigentlich mit growls nicht viel anfangen,aber hier passt es ins Gesamtkonzept. Children of Bodom mag ich auch noch,aus diesem Bereich.

Die ersten In Flames Alben, insbesondere “The Jester Race”, sind herausragend.
Dark Tranquillity haben auch ein paar gute Alben wie z. B. Fiction.
Den Rest kann man abolut vergessen, vor allem Amon Amarth.
Amorphis haben echt tolle Melodien, ich habe sie schon 3 mal live gesehen
