Everything that is packed and somehow processed should you avoid or at least look very carefully.

Buy eggplants, potatoes or other vegetables, cut them into thin slices and bake them in the oven/hot air fry until they are crispy and you have inexpensive healthy snacks that taste like that or so depending on taste.
