Welche Früchte und Gemüsesorten sind die gesündesten?

Welche 3 Obstsorten und Gemüsesorten sollten man jeden Tag essen wenn man Gesund Leben möchte und gleichzeitig Fitness besucht Muskeln aufbaut?

Obst esse ich Bananen und Orangen sehr oft gelegentlich Äpfel auch.

Daily fruit – now in winter:

  • Apples, quinces and Hutzeli (dry fruit)

On vegetables:

  • Carrots, red prayers, pastinaks, onions, china cabbages and field salad

In summer and autumn you have – of course – another choice…

It is important to me that I eat regional and seasonal!

With 3 own orchards no problem – we have many old varieties, also a lot of storable fruit and vegetables…;)

For muscles, you need all protein, and this is especially in meat and fish, but also in legumes, potatoes and sweets.

If you don’t eat vegetarian or vegan, it doesn’t matter how much protein the fruit you eat.

But apples and bananas also belong to my standard, because they simply sown well. I sometimes change apples by pears.

I can also recommend very Kohlrabi tubers. It can even be cut into slices and then cheese or something. Are very vitamin and mineral rich and also stay long.

I always like to eat celery bars.

Red beds should be very healthy.

In addition, one should also deal with fermenting vegetables. Especially white cabbage and red cabbage. And also onion and garlic.

I eat olives every day 8 pieces.

And otherwise berry, tomato and cucumbers.

I like to grab Demeter juices from time to time.

Fruit not at all daily, that is much too much fruit sugar.

Vegetables should be varied to get all necessary vitamins. There isn’t DAS super vegetables.
