Diet for acne, what can I do with pasta?
Hey, I'm thinking about what I can put on pasta. Ketchup and such things aren't good for acne. Do you have any ideas on how to flavor the noodles, which is good for acne?
Not a fruit… One alone never suffices.
Use best “color”. So fruits of different colors: red, yellow. Purple, green.. because not only the vitamin content determines how healthy a fruit is. But also the other plant substances. only the combination of the most diverse substances makes a balanced diet. Don’t forget oils! Because many vitamins are fat soluble. Only the fat makes this available to our body.
Balanced diet. No single food is a universal recipe.
Don’t be mad, but this question is stupid. – There’s not one superfood.
You should eat many fruits and vegetables to balance you with lots of vitamins and minerals etc. to test.
