Not a fruit… One alone never suffices.

Use best “color”. So fruits of different colors: red, yellow. Purple, green.. because not only the vitamin content determines how healthy a fruit is. But also the other plant substances. only the combination of the most diverse substances makes a balanced diet. Don’t forget oils! Because many vitamins are fat soluble. Only the fat makes this available to our body.

Don’t be mad, but this question is stupid. – There’s not one superfood.

You should eat many fruits and vegetables to balance you with lots of vitamins and minerals etc. to test.
