Hey, Ich habe leider keine Ahnung aber muss man Leinsamen immer erst erhitzen bevor man sie verzehrt? Z.b im joghurt. Muss man sie erst vorkommen bevor man die leisamen in den joghurt tun kann? Was muss man dabei beachten? Lg
