Very different experiences with temporary workers, some were really very engaged and worked well and self-employed, others were just sitting around drinking coffee and when a task was transferred it was clearly shown that they have no desire.

Only these people are able to establish a possible position in the company where they are employed as temporary workers.

Those who do good have good chances of taking over in certain professions.

There are hire workers who make themselves very good

Purely anecdotal evidence: even long-term, good people who were employed with us on loan work and, therefore, we decided to take over, including the associated high costs for the “delivery”, were absolute full catastrophes as permanent workers. Some have decided to resign after a short time, others have made the employer-side termination unavoidable by non-compliance with employee obligations (e.g. AUs… purchased on the net). That’s why my employer doesn’t take over people from temporary work anymore…

In the contract between the company and the temporary employment firm, it is always regulated that a takeover of the temporary work by the contracting entity, i.e. the company, is only possible if it pays a certain amount of money to the temporary employment firm. These are often several thousand euros that come together to make a takeover possible.

Care, kitas, office work – loan work actually takes place across almost all industries and professions, in some more, in some less. However, production plants are tending to be the classics, as there are the greatest fluctuations in personnel demand due to orders.

Because there are situations where you need someone quickly for a short time. For example, at very high hospital levels in Kitas in winter, so that the care key can be maintained. There you can’t write out jobs for weeks, get applications and then hire someone for a few days, but call the temporary worker and have someone there the next day. And in doubt, on the next day, someone else, if this first person should also fail due to illness.

Because I know this very well, as I work as a staff member, and therefore both know what our employees have for salaries and what we pay for the temporary employment company.

Well, the use of temporary workers costs the employer about twice as much as a permanent employee per hour. Without this detachment, temporary work would therefore be a wonderful option very quickly to save expensive job placement processes, but nevertheless quickly to come to new employees who are first met for a few days, then set up and release them again before the 6 months are over, after which the law of termination only applies. And that wouldn’t be kind of great for the agency, or for the escaped people, would it?
