What individual grades would I need to get at least a 3 in all subjects on my final year report card?

As of now I stand

English 4

Physics 4

Math 4

German 3

Story 2

In physics I currently have the following grades: a 3 and a 5

in German I got a 2 and a 4

I got a 4 in math

in history I got a 3 and a 2

in English I got a 3 and 2×5

Now I would like to know what I can do to get at least a 3 in all the subjects where I currently get worse than a 3.

What individual notes would I need at least for this?
