I would be interested to know how you classify the crime/danger level of the following cities:
Berlin
Hamburg
Dortmund
Dusseldorf
For me, Berlin is number 1 because of Hermanstraße/Platz, Kotti, U Seestraße and much more.
After that I would say Dortmund and Düsseldorf and the best place to live (overall) is Hamburg.
