Ich möchte für 3 Tage nach Berlin gehen was meint ihr was sollte man gesehen haben ? Essen / Aktivitäten etc?
As Münchner, who lives in Cologne: Definitely and at a great distance from Cologne. Why? The open mentality and kindness. To this end (in contrast to all other million cities) a huge conurbation area around it, in the middle of the largest metropolitan region of Europe, which makes it not boring. But still green surroundings with Eifel, Bergisches Land and Siebengebirge. Frankfurt (Airport), Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris are also close; to the sea in Holland there are no 3 hours! 😍
Cologne has the best weather if you do not like cold: mild winter, hot summer, little wind, barely/never thunderstorms. Hamburg fell for me because of the weather alone; Berlin is icey in winter and Munich through the Alps on average always feels 5 degrees colder and many storms.
My home town Munich (because of family often there) may be visually beautiful, but Extreme money-driven, full of encoders and prolls, high-natured and unfriendly. Cologne is much more pleasant, cozy and social.
Munich… I think this city is blessed with most green areas. The way of life and quality is also pleasant there.
Negative in Munich are unfortunately just the housing prices – weas heisst “negative” – they are UNVERSCHÄMT.
I would rather recommend Freiburg im Breisgau … a small city, wonderful people, a landscape to the heart soften
