Zu viel Zucker heute gegessen durch Obst?

Also ich bin mir unsicher ob ich heute zu viel Fruchtzucker gegessen habe. Man soll ja Max 250g Obst am Tag essen und ich habe heute eine Honigmelone gegessen. Die wiegen ja so ungefähr 1300g und pro 100g 8g Zucker. Aber die Schale wiegt ja auch. Also ich frage mich wieviel Gramm der Honigmelone ich…

The Aldi River Colo tastes so good that it could be a brand capsule. The same also applies to their cola orange mix.
I like to drink those of Aldi from the 4 but also know only those of Aldi and Lidl since I as a Swiss like never buy in De and if then no drinks.
But I like Coca Cola best or the Happy Cola from Swiss shop Coop.
I like the cheap version of Aldi and Lidl, which tastes good 🙂
Lidl is the best of the house brands, Edeka and Norma also goes, Rewe is to be pampered.
