Depends on how intense the whole thing is how your physical condition is and what else you have for movement. In the beginning, depending on what you do in the pelvis, it will certainly improve, but at some point the charm will stay away and you stagnate

I’m sure it won’t make you a hoof. But swimming, and movement in itself, is healthy.
