Ich will so aus fun so machen das man auf einer handelsüblichen NFC Karte so einen Code speichert und der führt dann zu einer App und da wird dann automatisch ein Profil geöffnet wo ich dann die Daten sehe. Ich will nur das die Daten nicht direkt auf der Karte gespeichert werden sonder das die Daten in der App sind und die Karte nur den Code beinhaltet zum öffnen der Daten… Gibt’s da so ne App?

Most systems only ask for the ID code of the chip and then check for further data in a database.
There are even RFID scanners that register via USB as a keyboard. If you put an RFID tag on it, then “tip” the number of the ID. Then you are completely independent of an app.
If you want to control exactly what the reader does, build your own. For this, you only need an Arduino (for example the nano that costs only a few euros) and an RFID reader for Arduino/Raspberry.
If you take an Arduino with “U4”, then it can also make inputs on the PC as a keyboard.
The sample programs for RFID are easy to understand and changeable to your own needs.
