Is there an app that shows you where you are and which train you can take to get where you want to go that actually works? I have the same problem in Berlin: I don't know which subway or train I should take, especially since Berlin is so big and has so many stations.

Normally I have to take platform 10 (to Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe). But it says track change. And underneath it is a 2. So do I have to take platform 2 now?

Wieso sollte dich GoogleMaps, wenn Du zB “Berlin Hbf” als Ziel angibst, zum Flughafen lotsen? Ist dann eher ein Anwenderfehler. GoogleMaps arbeitet zuverlässig.
Z. B. Bahn.de (ganz D, kennt aber wohl nicht alle Trams, Busse etc.), bwegt.de (nur BW und angrenzende Bereich) oder halt die Webseite vom jew. Verkehrsverbund.

Ja nennt sich Maps. Dort den Rotenplaner anklicken und auf ÖPNV stellen.
Alternativ gibt es auch Seiten/App der regionalen Verkehrsverbünde und der Bahn.
Ich verwende in Berlin vorwiegend “Öffi”, aber auch die Apps von BVG und VBB erfüllen ihren Zweck.
