I’ve seen a similar picture before. This is from G. Aichmeyer, but there are many painters who paint this way.

The image is professionally painted, the signature is not readable, recognizable fragments do not indicate a famous name.

Naturalistic paintings of this kind belong to the standard goods of the 1950s/60s, which were sold in large quantities through furniture houses and large galleries. They are traded at a maximum of 50,- Euros, as the market is saturated with household solutions.
