Beim braunen wurden das Schalenhäutchen mit vermahlen.
Geschmacklich ist es etwas “nussiger” und es hat mehr Ballaststoffe.
Ich persönlich mag Mandeln lieber wenn sie noch nicht abgezogen sind.
