This is an aphthe that hurts, but are harmless.

Aphs arise when the immune system is weakened, such as by stress, bad diet, etc.

It’s an aphte. Unfortunately, you can’t do much about that. I used to have some. They often go along with a vitamin b12 deficiency, sometimes too little iron. But also lack of hygiene / or food such as chips (sharp-edged) can cause aphs.

It looks very like an aphte. They burn nasty, but they’re harmless.

They’re harmless, yeah. But you should go to the ground, often there is a vitamin or iron deficiency behind it, or just by sharp-edged food (such as chips)

If the potato chips and no computer chips are, the sharpness should not be a problem.

Often the defenses are affected by a cold. Then aphs are unpleasant, but colds are part of life. A single person does not yet indicate a lack. If you have 8 pieces per month, then Cause Research would be appropriate.
