White spots on Brazil nuts?
Whenever I buy trail mix, I always find these Brazil nuts in them. Most of them have broken skin or cracks where a white coating forms. (Image) Is the nut still edible? Is it mold?

Hey community. I bought frozen broccoli yesterday and kept it in the fridge. Can I still eat this?

I went to the buffet and ate 15 pieces. Before that, I didn't have any lunch today, just a small piece of cake, a banana, and breakfast. Do you think 15 pieces are too many? Is that bad?
No is not a mold. This has more to do with friction when the nuts come together in the bag. It often looks like paranes. It’s not bad.
Have read once when nuts taste bitter then no more food, walnuts e.g.
That’s normal. Most of them have paranesias.
I don’t see a white covering, sorry.
We have the brown skin, we have the yellowish appearance of the nut, we have the white interior of the nut.
