Does anyone know what it's like to live in a caravan or trailer?

I've always wanted to go inside one, but I'm not a hiker, I don't know my way around. Does anyone know what it's like? Back then, people always said that Roma and Sinti liked to do it.

Depends on the year of construction. You need electricity, water and possibly gas. In winter it is difficult in older Wowas, as water collects inside the windows. So it’s moist and cool. In winter it is bitter. Washing machine does not go. And the shower is small and the toillete must be empty when it is full.

My experiences are from models of 1968,1968,1989, 1987…residential cars and campers.

No. It’s not funny. It’s cheap.

However, most of them have some sort of thing, but since they are poorly isolated, you are heating yourself stupid and stupid, no longer financially and you have to look at how to heat. Most have a small gas heating, often with bottles, and then you have to take care of the oxygen supply again. What I’ve seen all about constructs before tenting with wood stove but all together: in winter quite cold.

Caravan = Caravan, you probably mean caravan VS camper. For the caravan you need a train car, but with the motorhome you can change the location at any time. Residential in the camper is a bit narrower because it only exists in widths up to 2.2m, caravans like mine can be 2.5m wide. There’s plenty of room in it. In winter, of course, it has to be heated in both, and then it becomes really muckelig. In the summer, both vehicles are charging quite strongly. One or another has its own kind of cooling to get into the vehicle. In the Womo you usually have a shower, but very tight. There are, however, some EMU, which I do not want. Toilet is available in both.

I could live well in a WW because I really have a lot of space in ours.
