This is definitely a harmless forest treasure, and quite sure of it the Tangier forest treasure (also known as Trassen-Waldschabe) – no kitchen treasure!

The German cockroach has like her nymphs, at the neck sign two very distinctive dark strips that I cannot recognize on your image

The other, harmful cockroaches, such as brown-band cockroaches and oriental cockroaches etc., also look completely different.

Are they in the house:

Forest damages are not household damages – they live in bushes and shrubs, feed on rotten plant material, so go after a few days in the house lacking food itself. You don’t have to do anything against her.

You can fly – and they like to do this – to the artificial light and are not really shy here – just as you describe.

Thus, fly grids already help to prevent them from coming to the house.

If it doesn’t fly kitchen cockroaches, let the chamber hunter go and if it flies only a harmless forest treasure.

This is a forest treasure. It’s best to turn out the light when you ventilate, or a fly grating on the windows.

Forest scarves are not kitchen cockroaches.

It’s a cockroach/shab. I don’t want you to be in the house.

They love to hide in dark, humid and warm places. So keep eyes open – not that they build a colony somewhere.
