Weight loss question?

So I'm currently trying to lose weight.

For example, I no longer eat anything sweet and almost no fatty foods either.

I also do sports.

Is it bad to drink a sweet drink? (e.g. multi-vitamin)

Of course, it’s not bad to drink sometimes a glass of juice or smoothy, even if you want to lose weight. But it doesn’t have to be half a liter, as so often it comes to the crowd.

It’s good to think about drinks. With sugary beverages, you sometimes take a lot of calories.

One more tip: Do not make your energy supply too drastic. Leaving candy and sweetened beverages (wide) is a good idea. One Extreme low-fat diet is not necessarily sensible.

What’s “but”? You could have made it clearer in the question of your cholesterol.

To the quick:

Normalizing weight is always appropriate.

When it comes to cholesterol levels, you do not have to completely avoid fat in food, it is also about the type and quality of fats.

It is also helpful (as regards weight loss and cholesterol), to increase the fiber content in your food.

As long as it’s just in measure, you can theoretically eat what you want. The main thing you are in a calorie deficit πŸ˜€
The less you’re despising, the less you get cravings, which means you’re going through diet.

No, it’s written. The more you despise, the more you have asked for the thing (that is called cravings)

Well, we’ve got someone from the subject again. Do you abandon meat and butter, etc. that affect the cholesterol level or do you mean the insulin level or glycogen storage that is influenced by short-chain carbohydrates? As I said, you don’t have to do without anything unless you’re in a calorie deficit. Theoretically, you could even lose weight if you would eat only sweets all day (even if that were more than unhealthy, because of nutrients that then stay on the track)
