Heii 💟

I always have to fight with severe regular pain. I’m afraid there’s hardly anything else but pain pills. Otherwise, heat bottle, heat packs, but also movement is always very good. Maybe you’ll talk to your female doctor/woman doctor about it? Only no barn.

Love greetings

A heat bottle helps at least make it more bearable, but I also take Buscopan to weaken the cramps. Ibu can eat like candies, brings as much as with colorful chickens:(
If it is possible to strictly not attack you in time, let it go quietly. A little light movement can do well (scendant etc.) but sometimes the upright gear is even grectious.

You can try the pill, also throughout the whole time recommend some female doctors. thus the period is largely or completely eliminated. If you have little or no side effects, so do not have the worst solution.

If necessary, this is an endometriosis? Maybe you can talk to your doctor. If he doesn’t, you have the wrong doctor.

Otherwise, what else helps with cramps: warmth and pain tablets.

Heat bottles, heat packs, relaxation, hot baths, such things are recommended quite often.

My sister’s regular complaints have become better than she started taking the antibabypille.

I’d advise you to talk to your women’s doctor about it and give you advice.

So sometimes a warmer bottle helps me, otherwise unfortunately also only pain tablets (Ibuprofen)…

Pain tablet or heat bottle.

Buy magnesium powder or tablets as you like and take the week before your period.
