Wegen sushi Fischvergiftung?

Of course, raw fish must be stored in the refrigerator, also tuna.

I wouldn’t eat two days old sushi anymore. But if it smells good and you don’t feel anything, I guess it was okay.

Daughter tuna in the can does not need cooling. Fresh raw tuna, of course.

2 hours outside the refrigerator is also not a good idea. The RGT rule from organic teaching applies: 10° warmer means twice as high reaction speed. So this should be plucked over the thumb at 2 hours as long as 8 hours in the refrigerator. Sounds harmless.

Courageous. How long has that been? Sounds like you were lucky.

I definitely wouldn’t eat it anymore. Especially with fish you should be very careful. Better dispose as risking fish poisoning.

If it wasn’t good, you’ll remember.

I’d be dead by now.

I’ve eaten sushi many times after the mhd, even days over it.

And I always put a pasr h outside so that it’s not too easy.

@Nill I had to laugh so loud about you xD I agree 100%. Would Laxx just throw away in the worst case and heavy heart.

For years, I have been eating fish several times a week (mostly salmon, which I take from the refrigerator for hours before, or even forgetting it out of fullness overnight (covered) outside) and had never had any problems with it despite a severely sensitive stomach. It can’t just begin to smell mysterious.

I’ve already got some cramps with fresh Italian pizza..
