Weed flashback the next day?

I smoked weed on Sunday night and was essentially completely sober the next day, but around 12 o'clock I felt slightly high again (a slightly delayed feeling, a rush, confusion, and speechlessness). This is the second time this has happened. I'm wondering if there are such things as weed flashbacks? Because THC is stored in body fat, and when that fat is broken down, that could happen in itself, right? (I also hadn't eaten in the morning on either day)? LSD also causes flashbacks.

PS I have a very very low tolerance so I get stoned after just a few hits.

THC is not stored in the fatty tissue – but the non-psychologically active degradation product THC-COOH.

‘flashbacks’ in the sense of a recurring effect without drug use are not possible if the substance is metabolized (in cannabis this is the case within a few hours). Scientifically speaking, one speaks of a ‘persisting disturbance of perception’.

Often such conditions are only short-lasting and much less intense than, for example, a high generated by cannabis.
