Hi. I've had a domain with my last name for over 30 years, but I only use it as an email address! Unfortunately, 1blu seems to have to quickly increase the monthly price from the original €2.29 to €12.99 per month!
My question: Which providers do you know that you would recommend, and how much do they cost? A simple email account with my domain would be enough for me! I don't plan on creating a website anymore! That was the plan 30 years ago.

The best way to rent a domain at Cloudflare and then pay ProtonMail (5€ per month) for the mailing service (Proton Mail plus) with its own domain.

You simply set up the mail server yourself, then you have infinitely many mail addresses and as much storage space as you provide.
Sorry, I’m out! I’d call myself a technology affinist, but I don’t understand that with the mail server! Do I have to own and operate it as hardware or have some cloud in the inet?
