Web design agency as an introvert?
Hello everyone,
I've been self-employed as a web designer for three years and founded my own web design agency six months ago—at least, that's how I'd describe it. However, I have difficulty selling because I'm rather introverted. Clients notice this during sales calls, which leads to fewer deals. Furthermore, the market is very competitive.
Now I'm wondering if the service business is actually right for me, or if I should focus on selling products instead. I'm looking forward to some useful advice! 🙂

… they don’t sell themselves. Since you have obviously come to the realization that sales and sales (New German “Sales”) – that is exactly what needs to be done with the own individual types and those of the customer, does not entirely meet your personality, I would advise you: Let your fingers as far as possible.
