Impatience rather less.
Self-critical fits, maybe perfectionist.

Actually, yes.
In self-critical:
I'm always working on me and I hope you can answer it honestly.
By comparing, I get a feeling of how I work, because by trying to assess it correctly, I often do not succeed.
That's exactly what I'm trying to do and hope I can improve here with you.
That I'm perfectionist already stops for some time.
But even there, I always work like crazy to get this into pure.
Maybe with that?

The weaknesses are not so important, the important is what you have to do against them ☺️
