We also called customer service, and they said that the SIM card is free/ready and that it could possibly be something to do with the phone settings, which I doubt. After endless long conversations, we got a new one. Our question is, why could we still be called by the old provider but not by the new one? Why does I always get this recorded message? Why can I call but others can't?
