If you did eat too little!

Your calorie target is 1685, which is probably a few hundred calories below your normal daily needs. So you should also keep your calorie target and eat about 1600-1700 calories a day, then you will lose weight.

If you eat only 700 calories every day, this is quite unhealthy because you get too little nutrients. This is far too radical and far over 1000 calories below your normal daily requirement, because the JoJo effect is already pre-programmed.

So don’t worry, you could have eaten twice in the evening and you wouldn’t increase 👍

No, all right, by the way, I don’t see anything unhealthy you’ve eaten before 😉. And it doesn’t matter how “healthy” the things you eat. If it’s all about losing weight, only the calories are important as long as you don’t eat more than your daily calorie requirement (which will be around 2000) you won’t increase (even if you only feed yourself from rubber bears as long as you don’t exceed your calorie requirement)

do an experiment on it…

weigh you after getting up (so first the inflatable… and then on the scale…) then write the weight… and put it in a picture… I always do just that I’m afraid my muscle mass decreases because I’m so lazy on the heat…

Now seriously: as often as young people ask here with an eating disorder, is really scary. Girls, you don’t even eat what you need for your basic turnover. Every movement of you has too little energy available. So you can’t increase, but very quickly lose weight to death.

Are you in therapy?

That sounds good. But in order to perform sports, you need energy. What you eat will always lead to problems. I wish you do enough to take enough energy to keep having fun at volleyball.

700 calories are nothing but you’re a baby. It should be at least double, even if you want to lose weight.
