A good cover (not too colorful and also not too simple), exciting flap text and several more well-known but also more unknown (not as a tag containing less than twenty stories, no one finds it) tags help there.

As far as the covers are concerned, I’ll do it a few days. I am half blind and Wattpad does not accept the original created cover very often.

So, you can see how many stories have the same when you look for the day. If there are less than 20 other stories that have the same day, you have a good ranking, but you will hardly find readers because nobody is looking for it. 50-10.000 other stories in the day (you can see the day with # looking for, top left) are good and also help to be found faster.
Don’t worry, I’m not one of the critics who write twenty comments full of mistakes and bad comments. You can’t write perfectly right away. Even I’m not a real professional, though I’m already known. You learn to do it by yourself without having to use hundreds of error lists for it.

It’s not about whether your story is good or bad or what tags you use.
Your story is only found when you come up with similar stories from others. The more people you talk about yourself, the more you feel compelled to look inside. So the whole thing is giving and taking.
I can’t start with most people there. Most of the stories are so bad there that I break off after a few sentences. It wouldn’t help me if these people read my books. Most people have no idea what my books are about.
It’s better for one or two people to find my books really great and it’s a spiritual exchange with them.
That’s what you should strive for, because it’s much more beautiful than if a lot of people leave a comment with you without really reading your book, just because they want you to read their scrap.
