If the VoD of the stream is no longer there, it is no longer visible. For Twitch partners, these VoDs are stored for 6 months (for affiliates only 3 months), after which it is automatically deleted.
However, many streamers secure their VoDs by saving them on other platforms, such as Youtube. If this is not the case, then the stream is finally lost and can no longer be seen.

VOD = Video on demant. Says as much as saved stream, simple and stupid. Highlight s can be created in the dashboard.
