Waterweed in Betta fish tanks?

Hey, I have some waterweed in my small pond in the garden, and I'd like to plant it in my coffee tank, as I think I'm still missing some plants. Does anyone have experience planting this plant in a 20-liter tank like this? I would, of course, thoroughly clean the waterweed before putting it in the tank.

Thanks for your help!

Yes, no problem.

However, waterpest is a plant that doesn’t last forever in many aquariums, but after a few months of growth will eventually be elected and disappears again.

But I would try it anyway.

You can also look outside for the pear wort Lysimachia nummularia, which also grows under water. However, the ca. 25 degrees also usually not long.

Yeah, that’s what the fighting fish like because they can hide between the roots and thus also have cover from above.

Waterpest doesn’t mean that for free, and you can assume that it will multiply like a plague. So you have to stay behind it and fish something out. However, this is usually good for the water values.
