Hallo sagt mal habt ihr im Sommer bezüglich bei wärmeren Temperaturen auch geschwollene Finger Hände
Sorry aber in der letzten Zeit sind meine Hände durchgehend aufgedunst
Mein Arzt sagt nein ganz leicht sind sie das ist manchmal normal
Ich habe ne Störung der Fettverteilung bezüglich überall kleine Knoten
Können die auch ne Ursache spielen
Die sind wirklich überall massenweise im Bauch an den Armen an den Beinen Oberschenkel und so weiter

It can be good that you have similar incompatibility to me. When I was buying ready meals or eating in cheap restaurants, I am often swollen everywhere. The legs were heavy and breathing because I had water stored for unknown reasons.
At the advice of my family doctor, we’ve done a few experiments with the food. Starting with a week raw food only fruit and vegetables, then 1 week additional natural dairy products, but without sugar or dyes and also no preservatives. This made me feel very fit and could carry my old rings again.
Then I cooked 1 week of fresh vegetables, fruit, rice, etc. for me and took some fresh fish, eggs and fresh meat a week later. Still all right.
But when I came to the “Finish food” offers, soups and sauces made of bags, sausages or pulp, fast food from the snack stand and other finished products, my body saved a lot of water and everything was swollen. It was not only too much salt, but also the flavor enhancers I reacted to with water retention.
Since then, I have been looking very closely where it has yeast extract, spice mixtures, sodium glutamate and other flavor enhancers, or which restaurants cook themselves or with finished products and avoid where it is only going. In addition, I have discovered real allergic reactions to certain new protein additives such as lupins and soya. I’m avoiding these things.
Sometimes an invitation cannot be cancelled. Soy and lupins I give as an allergy everywhere. In the other things, I’m expecting to have water retention the next day and put in a fruit day. It helps me very quickly.
Try yourself what you can do better with your diet. It doesn’t cost anymore, but you have to be consistent and keep a concept for one week to see real results. If you really suffer as much as I suffer from these water retentions, it makes sense to find out a few weeks with the self-examinations what the body does not wear well.
Of course, further diseases can cause water retention. The doctors are looking for clinical methods. But there are many rare diseases that you can’t easily diagnose. A careful diet however always helps if you want to be healthy.
