Washing knitwear?

At what temperature can I wash knitted gloves so that they shrink a little? They're not wool. I washed them on the 40-degree wool cycle, but they still slip a little. The gloves used to fit. They're probably a bit stretched out.

Try it at 60 degrees and put it on the heating, it can be natural that this material does not come in at all

Synthetic fibers (acrylic knit) are levied over time. No hot washing at 60° C. also helps.

If the material is not made of wool but of "synthetics", there is nothing going on.
