Hello everyone. I'd like to know if cigarette tar filters can be washed out, or if they really have to be thrown away? You can see the ones I have in the picture. Please only those who actually know about this answer.

Hello. I've been a smoker for about six years. However, for the past two years, I've noticed a permanent buildup of nicotine on my index and middle fingers on my right hand. Can someone explain to me why and how I can prevent this (without having to quit smoking immediately). Thanks.
