Hello, I had my phimosis surgery on Thursday, August 11th. Everything went well, just as the urologist expected. However, after two days, the first stitch came off. Is this normal, or should I go back to the urologist? The stitch stuck to the compress and then simply fell off.

Don’t worry, you can wear the clothes without thinking. Since it appears to be a small amount of washing powder, it has been strongly diluted by the water.
Would it be harmful if some more detergent residues remain on the clothes? Because this has happened to me in the past that when I touched the wet laundry, a small film of the detergent has formed on my finger.
If it was more than a small amount of detergent, rinse the laundry once more. Most washing machines have an extra flushing program.
Just wash it again with the wash cycle, that would have to be extra switchable, right?

yes, you can usually remove the detergent compartment and rinse it out.
