Washing machine ruins laundry?

Good evening,

I have a big problem with my washing machine (Constructa CWF14J03) and I don't know why. I never had any problems with another one before and now it feels like I only have problems. The laundry sticks extremely tightly to the drum and is always extremely creased and somehow tiny fibers are coming off everywhere. You can see how hundreds of tiny fibers are clinging to the t-shirts, the new socks on some socks are losing their fibers, the fibers on the towels are completely squashed, rough and stiff and have also been flattened in the washing machine. And some normal fluffy fibers have already been lost. One towel even lost quite a few fibers after drying when I reused it. Never had any problems like this before. I don't use too much detergent either. I only spin at 800. The old one never had any problems at that speed. At 600 revolutions it is still too wet and I don't know how much it was flattened afterwards. Only tried it once. Now I'm thinking of exchanging them but first trying a different detergent. I've been using Perwoll water since I got my new washing machine. But that's not bad, is it? It could just be the washing machine. Or maybe limescale in the pipes? But I don't know how clean the water is here.

Does anyone have any advice? I'm at my wits' end and it's sad to see how the laundry gets more and more ruined with each wash.

Can soon spend 100+ on new towels and t-shirts.

Did you buy the washing machine again?

Note: The use of the customer service is free of charge under the manufacturer warranty conditions.

Information can be found in the user manual on page 47.

Here is the control line for your washing machine

Tips: As long as the fault has been found and removed, you can put the delicate laundry in an old pillowcase (80 x 80 cm ). This is how the pillowcase is affected, but your laundry remains spared.

Hello

It could be that the drum is damaged. Take a fine tights toss them over your hand and drive off the whole drum. If the pantyhose are stuck then report this immediately to the seller because of the warranty.

It could also be that a foreign body (BH tires) is under the drum and the laundry is damaged. This is not guaranteed.
