Washing machine broken, what to do?

Hello,

I bought a new washing machine this year, but now it seems to be broken again. It makes noises during washing, as if something is grinding. I've already been to the place where I bought it, but they told me I should contact the manufacturer. Until now, I always thought they had to take care of it where I bought the washing machine. Is that really true, and do I have to contact the manufacturer? Or do they have to take care of it where I bought the washing machine?

You really need to contact the manufacturer. You have a guarantee, if necessary, it will be replaced by a new one. Good luck 😎
