I like to get the regular long-grain rice from Rewe, the Express brand, because you can heat it up in the microwave. But what can I combine with it? Ketchup or some other sauce or ingredient can I combine to make it taste less dry.

A little vegetables ( zucchini, aubergines, paprika strips etc), some onions and garlic in delicious olive oil, and this is slightly roasted in it. Some salt and pepper, perhaps with a small shot of white wine and some broth, and then either briefly roast the rice or simply give it over the warm rice.
So easy – and so delicious!
