So if I don’t have a right appetite for anything (which doesn’t happen frequently) then I usually make myself a bread, a little butter on it, tomato slices, cheese over it – and that comes to bake briefly in the oven or in the grill. In most cases it does not remain with only one slice, and with additional ham, pineapple, peach, onions or bananas you can still vary the conditions. Advantage: I usually have the ingredients at home.

No, don’t have to be. I eat as well as never to evening, and sometimes the main meal is also eliminated.
