The 335 really had more problems with the turbos, the 330 actually has a quite solid engine (will take the facelift model).
In my knowledge, Audi had quite problems with oil consumption.
I know that the Mercedes engines with compressor were also good for example C350.
Problems can be with everyone if you have bad luck and cost service are probably similar high.
Take a look at the car, take a look at the papers, get a good look and ask everything.
I would take the Mercedes because I was not so happy with my last BMW, E90 318i and I found it very bad compared to the E46 from the overview

From own experience the BMW E90 330d with xdrive (Facelift with 245PS)
Rides very well, brings enough power and the interior is sporty elegant and durable.
I would make sure that the vehicle has full equipment and M package (is more beautiful).
If it is to be the gasoline one with 258hp and not with 272hp, these tend to be problems.
At Audi, the 3.2l is considered to be extremely durable, at 3.0l I am not sure.
Mercedes is certainly less sporty than the other two but qualitatively perfect. However, the maintenance tends to be more expensive than with BMW.
