Such a nice sandwich always goes: cheese, ham, salad, cucumber. In addition to n apples or bananas, maybe depending on the taste of the child n few radishes.
Children are quite different, I usually had nothing to do at that time, had never been hungry before 13:00, and until then, at primary school time, it was already evening.
