Hello everyone. Is it true that in the Middle Ages, a significant portion of people didn't know their exact birthday? Was this the same in ancient times, for example, in ancient Greece and Rome?
28.7.1914: Austria-Hungary declares Serbia the war. First World War.
11.11.1918: Compiegne’s ceasefire. End of World War I — but actually only interruption.
1.9.1939: German ship bombs Polish positions at Gdansk. 2 days later, England declares the war because it has secured Poland’s support, which triggers World War II in Europe.
2.9.1945: Capitulation of the Japanese main army before US troops. It is considered worldwide as the end of World War II.
11.2.2020: (not special)
24.2.2022: Russian troops attack from Donetsk, where they fought before, from Belarus and from Crimea the Ukrainian central area. Putin calls for the Ukrainian government to vote on TV, which does not do.
