Which of the two is healthier?

Hey,

I'm 15 and I like meat, especially sausage, especially salami. I've noticed that since I've been eating more sausage, I've been eating fewer sweets. Actually, almost like no sweets at all. Maybe a lollipop a week or a few pieces of candy now and then, but nothing else.

I know that both are okay in moderation and you shouldn't eat too much of either. But which one is "healthier?" I simply love salty and spicy foods and could never give them up 🙂 I don't like sugar as much anymore….

Strongly processed meat such as salami is quite unhealthy because of the included pulp salt and should therefore be replaced by other foods, the main reason why you like this is the salt contained, in hot weather as in recent weeks, people are unconsciously attacking strongly salt-containing products such as ham, salami, salt pulps. Salt needs the body with strong sweating, the sugar in the candy, on the other hand, is only empty energy that you do not need in heat, since you are already turned up enough anyway.

Eat gently prepared meat, e.g. freshly boiled if you absolutely need the proteins, and add the salt in a different way, e.g. via Ayran, Sauerkraut, salt fish, salted vegetable juice, inlaid olives or asparagus from the glass, even the salt liquor in the Surimi cups is a real god drink in hot weather, too bad to shake away. If you know that it will become another hot day, you should throw in a lot of salty for breakfast, it promotes thirst and prevents you from drying out without notice. The fact that many old people fall victim to the heat periods is that old people often feed low-salt and therefore do not even notice how they dry out in heat because they do not feel thirst without salt.

If you like sharp, try to change your diet on Mediterranean (with a lot of olive oil), Japanese or Indian (especially sharp), they are still healthy.
