What do we mean by fruit juices?

Hello, I shouldn't drink fruit juices anymore because of my gums…

What counts as fruit juice? I know orange juice, apple juice, etc.

Does this also include syrup?

Can I still treat myself to a glass of apple juice every now and then? I really enjoy it, as I prefer to avoid carbonated drinks.

Just drink water or unhealthy tea. All fruit juices contain sugar, syrups even more.

If you drink some apple juice for dinner, it’s rather uncritical, I think for your case. Simply nix with sugar in between.

everything made from fruits, and syrup is even worse, pure sugar, fruit juice is therefore inappropriate because of fruit acid, can handle the problem if you rinse directly afterwards and brush briefly over.

Egal, welchen Saft. Falls Du Probleme mit dem Zahnfleisch hast, z.B. Zahnfleischbluten, dann musst Du Deine Mundhygiene optimieren.
