What motivates you to drive a car with more than 200 hp, what is your reason for doing so?

I once drove an AUDI A6 3.0L with 220 hp. It didn't blow me away. Perhaps it was simply too heavy for a sporty drive. Maybe I didn't really push the revs to their limits. But I really enjoyed driving it because I felt safe in it. Since it was consuming too much fuel, I sold it after 10 years. Now I drive a Toyota Auris 1.2T with 116 hp, and I'm happy with it. I'd prefer 150 hp, but you can't have everything in the world.

What makes you drive a car with more than 200 hp, what are you for?

Although my car has under 200 hp, I can still describe the advantages it offers me to have a little more performance:

  • Pleasant driving on the highway at low speeds (if the gear has been designed to fit)
  • Sovereigns overtaking on the road

By the way, I would not use a strict limit of performance here. Rather, the mass to be moved is always also important.

The a6 3.0 was probably a sucker. Turbo’s pretty good about the suit. That’s what you notice at 2.5l 194ps Mazda 6. For comparison to the 1.4 TSI Golf. Despite 160ps and only 1.4l, he feels better. Because keep turbo.

However, this is just a feeling, because the acceleration is quite identical with about 8 seconds each on 100 km/h. The difference is that the power characteristic for charged motors is “shifted downward”.

Right. And then it always comes to the loader. Small loader. Less charge pressure. Get up faster. So draw early. Greetings Charger is weak at the bottom. But then a monster. See, for example, all these skylines or supras. Pull up, nix. But from 5000rpm he jumps directly into limiters without any detour. But for everyday life, I’m staying with the sucker. They’re not so vulnerable. With a second car for the season I always say, nix goes over engine capacity. In addition to more engine capacity + turbocharger

No reasonable. I knew when I bought Ami, then with V8. And then there’s no more than 200 hp.

I like the acceleration, the sound, the vmax… Just fun 😁

My father has a Tesla Model 3 with dual motor and 420Ps. The acceleration is simply the hammer. If I can buy this car later (if of course there is no better one) I would do it because the acceleration is so horny and it is environmentally friendly (especially when it comes to manufacturing) I can’t find that with the 500km range as we can charge it home with our solar system. It would be stupid if we could buy a car like this, and then we could get atomic current…

Nothing. I don’t need it, and I don’t care. My dream car drives quietly, is super-saving, has a huge trunk and is also not concentrated by thick consoles and disguises at the seats.

Speed? 120km/h would be enough for me.

Depends on the specific vehicle.

I give gas, I want fun;-)

I’m not about driving fast, I’m about catching up when the creeps gamble in front of me.
