If necessary, I’ll take Cetirizin. That’s a good deal.

That’s what I used to do. With cetirizin, however, not. Probably the side effects are quite individual.

As a child and adolescent I had severe symptoms, often with a washcloth on my eyes somewhere.

In fact, I never got or took drugs. My environment and the family have turned this off rather than Kinkerlitzchen.

Over the years, however, the symptoms have become weaker and my dealing with it has also adapted, such as not touching the eyes when itchy. Today about 25 years later, I only have something to fight with dry eyes and scarcity. Some year I wonder why I have so little energy until I reappear that I have hay fever.

However, my experience is by no means proof that it is without better, only that it is possible!

Changing environment (e.g. coast) can help.

Otherwise: For home there are very fine gratings (similar to fly gratings) that are mounted in front of the windows. They keep most of the pollen out.

Luckily I am not affected, but a colleague turns off every year when the time of the pollen has come…

Lorano Pro helps me pretty well. Besides, I’m trying to keep the bedroom free of pollen. Then my body calms down at night and I’m fine.

Most of the time, I take medicines, but it has already happened that the drugs have no longer worked. Then I left this one day.
