What to do if you are severely underweight?

Hello, I'm 14, 5'2" tall, and weigh 75 lbs. I know it's very little, but I keep eating and eating and eating. I just can't gain weight. I'm somewhat ashamed of my body and can't wear shorts in the summer because it's so stressful. Do you have any helpful tips on how to gain weight quickly and healthily?

Had the problem too. The problem is quite easy to solve:

  1. Make a protein shake every day with lots of calories.
  2. Add healthy oils to meals (e.g. avocado oil, olive oil etc.)
  3. Do regularly exercise (yes I mean it seriously) as the fat should be distributed not only in the stomach but throughout the body.
  4. Use a computer and always consider:

< calorie consumption
There are various apps, for example “myfitnesspal” that help you measure.

So it worked with me and hopefully it will be with you too;)

You have to eat more, you have a friend who’s right. Talk to your pediatrician about it. He will help you

I’d probably go to the pediatrician. Perhaps he can see if there is a cause and he will certainly give you tips on the diet 🙂 they often have it.

Moin! The first and best tip is to build muscles. That helped me best. Otherwise take many calories and proteins.

Track your calories. Obviously you eat too little. Keeping healthy is not going when you make it quick. Calculate your calorie requirement, pack 300-400kcl and then eat this number of calories per day. Nuts zb have many kcl
