What do you do when you have really good ideas for a story, but every attempt to implement them fails?

Depends on where the problem is.

If you have a great idea, I’d definitely write it down and plan it properly. Even though I don’t get a set on the paper that I like (except in my exams… but they are unfortunately far away from creative writing) I have made the experience with planning sessions that this is still possible.

So do a proper script, with regard to the plot, and if you want, you can also design the characters completely (or at least in the approach).

Does this help against the writing block? Not more. But it will help you remember an idea later when it works with the letter.

Otherwise… the only advice I can give you with this: get a lot of reading, thereby a lot of inspiration and simply ‘incitement’, less as regards any ‘foreign’ acts and plotlines, but simply to see ‘aha, so you can also formulate a sentence’.

Otherwise… if that doesn’t help and you can make too much pressure it can help you relax: go out, devote yourself to a hobby or another job, just go away from writing something and do something completely different, while your idea, beautifully designed and planned, is at home, so that in the end both of you just wait for some more sunny days to come for you and you can ‘wrote’.

I wish you a lot of success in this:)

The best thing is to register in a write forum. Z.B.:fanfiction.de

There you can try with smaller stories, exercise makes the master. You can also read other stories there.

Writing is a craft. You can learn that.
