Was tun um mehr zu trinken?
Hallo erstmal, ich trinke wirklich sehr wenig ich habe heute noch fast garnichts getrunken und an manchen Tagen trink ich nichtmal einen halben Liter. Habt ihr Tipps wie ich mich selber besser ans Trinken erinnern kann?

Hallo, ich soll für die Schule einen Versuch machen, bei dem ich kochend heißes Wasser in zwei identische Gefäße fülle, in dem einen aber einen Metal Löffel oder ähnliches stelle. Also ich hab seit 2022 meine Koteletten gewachst und das sieht jetzt so aus und es fühlt sich auch stachelig an. Kann jemand helfen, oder Tipps geben? Bin w/17.

In the evening perfect for boarding. There it is optimal to have drinks/tastes that you only drink, not otherwise. The head/body will then even switch to open/release mode. Beverages are also enjoyable in parallel. Should be especially when you are really finished with Allem
Coffee counts too. Also tomato, gurke watermelon or the like. Kcal-free, unthinkable flavors that help. These rings, tabs or liquid concentrates.
The rings come to a bottle. I want them to be good, but they just fit those bottles. They are drinking bottles, rings can be bought separately. The fluids can be dosed. They’re extracted. These sticks/tabs have been available for longer

I usually buy a bottle that I find really cool (mostly it’s a coffee cup with me). I’ll fill it with still water. What’s going on is an air up.

The question would be if you actually “forget” it or just don’t feel thirst.
I also drink too little, but I almost never really thirsty. I think the body signals to you that you should drink something.

Then you should always have a bottle with a drink of your choice in tangible proximity. Better prepare your ration right after getting up.
I put a full 1 1/2 liter bottle of mineral water on the kitchen table every morning. That’s how I see every time I get to the kitchen, how much I’ve been drinking.
Leave a glass in front of the house, drown out. Put the full bottle on the office table until the evening is empty. A glass for dinner with it, small glass in front.

You’ll have to pick up hard times when you drink 0.3.
This is a common glass size, and you do this 5 times a day. You drank 1.5 l, and that would be good.
